Processing Time All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Please keep in mind that each item is carefully printed, assembled, and packaged by hand — just for you! Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. We hope to expand to more countries in the future!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. 📦

Lost or Delayed Packages Once a package is handed off to the carrier, nekobean is not responsible for delays or lost packages. However, if you're experiencing an issue, please don't hesitate to reach out through the Contact page and I'll do my best to help!

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and I'll make it right. 💛
