Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Be unused and undamaged
- Include the original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
If we determine that a refund is the best solution, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
